Pathways into Teaching: Supporting Career Transition among STEM Professionals
This project focuses on attracting STEM professionals in the local area –specifically engineers and construction industry staff - into teaching at FE level facilitated by the Dept. of Teacher Training at Leeds City College. They have a comprehensive list of industry and business collaborators and have won national funding for this bid from the DSE. The college needs support in developing CLPD training for teaching in engineering for this initiative.
