Biography
Professional biography
I am a Senior Impact Manager at the Open University (OU), where I provide strategic and operational support to enhance the impact of research activities across the STEM Faculty. At the Faculty of Wellbeing, Education, and Language Studies (WELS), I pursued a PhD that focused on investigating teacher autonomy.
I have a rich background in academia and research, having previously taught Research Skills at the University of Buckingham and Investigating Science and Society at University College London (UCL). I also worked with a UCL academic to evaluate the impact of a series of collaborative shows that brought together opera, academia, art, science, and diverse audiences, showcasing the power of interdisciplinary engagement.
With a strong commitment to facilitating meaningful research impact, I leverage my expertise to support researchers in maximising the societal value of their work.
