Biography
Felicia holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Degree from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, and an MSc in Education from the University of Southampton, UK. She is currently pursuing a PhD at The Open University, UK, where her research focuses on understanding the perceptions and practices of classroom discourse in supporting learning in Ghanaian basic schools.
Felicia is a passionate educator and researcher dedicated to inspiring young minds and ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. As a teacher, she has nurtured learners' abilities, encouraging and motivating them to maximise their enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Her research interests include innovative pedagogies, teacher professional development and inclusive education. Felicia has contributed to several research projects and publications aimed at improving educational outcomes and promoting more equitable access to quality education.
