Mrs Jennifer Harper (Roberts)

Professional biography

Jennifer Harper is one of the Faculty Strategic Implementation Leads, a Student Experience Manager and a Lecturer at the Open University for the Faculty of Business and Law, whilst being a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focus examines development and training, technology and artificial intelligence, and enhancing the learning experience. She is actively involved with different HE institutions in the development and training of leaders in the FE, HE and business sectors. Her passion lies in the integration of artificial intelligence and technology to enhance quality, leadership, learning and business processes.
