Mrs Lynne Stabler

I first joined the OU in 1996 to complete my PGCE in Primary Education . After 20 years I returned to complete my M.Ed in Leadership and Managementt. After almost 30 years in education I retired having been an Executive Headteacher and local authority senior education adviser. 

I am now working towards my Professional Doctorate in Education. My research is a phenomenological study of the trust relationship between teachers and headteachers through the voice of teachers.
