Miss Tyne Stanley

Professional biography

Tyne Stanley has been working as an Engagement and Insight Coordinator for Library Services since 2020. Tyne coordinates the Library's communications work, manages its social media channels, carries out design work for marketing collateral and supports Library colleagues with events. She also works with the Officer to analyse data gained from Library insight work.

The Engagement & Insight (E&I) team undertake a variety of different types of work to ensure that students and staff are aware the OU has a library and what it can offer them. We also work to understand the needs of those students and staff to inform service development.

Tyne recently completed her Level 3 Data Citizen apprenticeship with Distinction and hopes to enhance Library insight reporting through the use of interactive dashboards.
